Job Description

We are looking for an honest, professional, hardworking, and multi-skilled cook  to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  •  Prepare delicious Nepali, Indian & light Continental dishes.
  • Handle à la carte, group bookings, banquets & event catering.
  • Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
  • Control food costing, portion sizes, wastage, and inventory.
  • Support menu development and kitchen efficiency.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a hotel or resort.
  • Ability to prepare Nepali, Indian, and Continental cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Experience in menu costing, food costing, and portion control.
  • Good understanding of stock management and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

           Required Skills

  • Excellent cooking and food presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of food quality and taste consistency.
  • Knowledge of stock utilization and food waste reduction.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
