Job Description

Oometo Partners is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily logistics, sales, and inventory functions. The role involves managing dispatch operations, billing, system transactions, reporting, and coordination of promotional items while ensuring accurate records and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Handle sales processing and billing operations, including invoice preparation and transaction follow-ups.
Oversee stock and inventory management, maintaining accurate stock levels and records.
Prepare routine reports and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations.
Maintain system entries and transaction management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and manage promotional and campaign items, including tracking and distribution.

Job Specification

Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and email.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Attributes
