Job Description

MV Dugar Auto Division is seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused MIS cum Customer Relationship Officer to support daily business operations through accurate MIS reporting and exceptional customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Management Information System (MIS)

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accuracy.
  • Collect, compile, analyze, and present operational data for management review.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to concerned departments.
  • Maintain databases and update records regularly.
  • Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies before report submission.
  • Generate customized reports as required by management.
  • Support process improvement by analyzing data trends and operational performance.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Coordinate with customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer retention.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned departments and ensure timely resolution.

Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain proper documentation of reports, customer records, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and presentations when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in MIS reporting or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office applications.
