Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Local SEO Specialist who can take complete ownership of our Local SEO campaigns. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who is hands-on, proactive, and capable of driving results while leading and supporting other team members.

Responsibilities *

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB) for multiple clients.
Plan and execute complete Local SEO strategies.
Perform GBP audits, local keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Build and manage citations and local business listings.
Optimize service pages and location pages.
Handle review generation and reputation management strategies.
Track rankings, traffic, calls, and conversions, and prepare monthly reports.
Identify opportunities to improve local visibility and generate more leads.
Guide junior team members and ensure Local SEO tasks are completed on time.
Take ownership of projects and proactively recommend improvements.
Experience working with international clients

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in Local SEO.
Strong expertise in Google Business Profile optimization.
Experience with citation building, local link building, and NAP consistency.
Familiarity with tools such as BrightLocal, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, accountable, and proactive.
Able to both execute tasks independently and lead a team when required.
