This role is vacant at Tricot Industries Pvt. Ltd.'s Scottish Borders. Scottish Borders is a premium knitwear brand specializing in cashmere, merino wool, and luxury blended knitwear. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive online growth through data-driven paid marketing campaigns.

Role Description

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and business growth. The role will focus on maximizing campaign performance and return on investment through effective budget management, audience targeting, continuous optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Roles and Responsibilities.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and seasonal campaigns.

• Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Work closely with the Social Media Planner and Creative Team to improve ad performance through data-backed insights.

Required Experience and Skills.

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Experience managing e-commerce/D2C campaigns.

• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion tracking, and analytics.
