- Manage and maintain the clinic’s social media platforms professionally.
- Respond to social media inquiries, messages, and comments promptly.
- Handle official emails and online communication effectively.
- Create and post engaging social media content regularly.
- Maintain the clinic’s digital presence and brand image.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.
- Ensure timely updates across all digital platforms and channels.
- Assist in planning creative content and promotional activities.
- Maintain positive communication with online audiences and clients.
Specification:
- Intermediate completed or Bachelor’s degree running.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling is preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email handling.
- Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Creative, active, and confident in online communication.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and MS Office is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
