Role Description
The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and web platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. The Digital Marketing Executive will create and optimize content for websites and social media channels, monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing social media calendars, tracking key marketing metrics, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and branding objectives.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional creatives.
- Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars and ensure timely content publishing.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and social media trends to improve content reach and engagement.
- Write creative, engaging, and platform-appropriate captions and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the graphic design, marketing, and content teams to develop high-quality visual and video content.
- Monitor audience comments, messages, mentions, and interactions and respond professionally and promptly.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotional activities, contests, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitor competitors and analyze their social media activities to identify new content and marketing opportunities.
- Track key social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide insights for improving future campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Assist in managing paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the relevant team for campaign execution and optimization.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and communication across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features, digital marketing trends, and emerging content formats.
- Support other digital marketing and content-related activities as required by the organization.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Creative, proactive, and trend-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
