Job Description

Meta Holidays is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and organized professionals to join our team as Receptionist / Tour Coordinator. This role combines front desk operations with tour coordination responsibilities, ensuring exceptional customer service while assisting clients with travel arrangements and tour bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records.
  • Handle general administrative and clerical tasks.

Tour Coordination Duties

  • Assist clients with tour packages, travel itineraries, and booking inquiries.
  • Coordinate domestic and international tour arrangements with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and travel-related documentation.
  • Communicate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients before and after bookings.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support throughout the travel process.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in reception, customer service, travel, or tour coordination is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
