Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related technical issues.
Manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and basic server systems.
Perform system upgrades, software installation, backups, antivirus management, and preventive maintenance.
Provide technical support and guidance to staff and junior technicians.
Maintain IT asset records, troubleshoot security issues, and ensure proper system documentation.
Job Specification
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support/technical operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, networking, printers, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, CCTV, and basic server administration is preferred.
Good problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.
