Job Description
- Training Design & Development
- Analyze training needs of BFIs and prepare customized L&D solutions.
- Develop training modules, content, and competency frameworks aligned with industry standards.
- Design learning journeys, leadership programs, and role-specific training paths.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for employees of BFIs.
- Ensure high-quality facilitation using modern adult-learning techniques.
- Oversee end-to-end training execution (pre, during, post training).
- L&D Strategy & Management
- Collaborate with HR and management teams of client BFIs to create annual training calendars.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPIs.
- Continuously improve L&D programs based on industry trends and feedback.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments.
- Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation as per client requirements.Â
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development within BFIs or HR consulting.
- Strong knowledge of BFI operations, regulatory norms, and role-specific competency needs.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design content, manage multiple projects, and work with diverse stakeholders.
