Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our service team and help deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Job Specification
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred (experience in a Japanese or Asian restaurant is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, good team spirit, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills (Japanese language knowledge is an added advantage).
