We are looking for 12 energetic, courteous, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team at Sunkoshi-6, Sindhuli, BP Highway.
The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking customer orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage items.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for customers.
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to their requests.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other service staff for smooth operations.
- Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and cleaning.
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.
