Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, administrative tasks, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and office inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare letters, reports, notices, meeting documents, and other administrative materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Monitor office supplies, stationery, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, clients, and other external parties when required.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and other employee-related administrative documents.
  • Assist HR and management with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general administrative activities.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain basic administrative expense records when assigned.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly equipped for daily operations.
  • Support management and other departments with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Job Specification
  • Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Professional, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
