Waiter

Badimalika Coffee is looking for a friendly, presentable, and hardworking Waiter to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries about items
• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and seating areas before service
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and dining areas after guests leave
• Wash and organize utensils, glassware, and cutlery as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the overall café/restaurant space, including floors and equipment surfaces
• Handle billing, cash, and card payments accurately
• Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate to the manager when necessary
• Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and cutlery
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
