We are seeking a dynamic and organized Purchase & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our vendors and our customers, ensuring seamless product sourcing, strict agreement compliance, and efficient order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Draft, review, and manage vendor agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to optimize costs and stock levels.
Logistics & Order Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle (from order receipt to final delivery).
Coordinate with delivery partners/couriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Resolve any logistical bottlenecks, returns, or delivery disputes efficiently.
Operations & Strategy:
Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on purchase costs, logistics performance, and vendor metrics.
Job Specification
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or Master’s degree (MBS/MBA).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience. Prior experience in E-commerce, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards.
