Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Purchase & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our vendors and our customers, ensuring seamless product sourcing, strict agreement compliance, and efficient order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Draft, review, and manage vendor agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to optimize costs and stock levels.
Logistics & Order Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle (from order receipt to final delivery).
- Coordinate with delivery partners/couriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Resolve any logistical bottlenecks, returns, or delivery disputes efficiently.
Operations & Strategy:
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on purchase costs, logistics performance, and vendor metrics.
Job Specification
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or Master’s degree (MBS/MBA).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience. Prior experience in E-commerce, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards.
