Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Admin Executive to manage administrative operations and support basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling documentation, coordinating office activities, and assisting in HR-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
Documentation:
- Prepare, review, and organize business documents and reports
- Maintain proper documentation for compliance and internal use
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records
HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Coordinate basic HR activities and employee communication
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in administration (HR exposure preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in english & Nepali. (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team
