Job Description

The Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Sales Head is responsible for leading the sales efforts of the company's pre-engineered building products. This includes managing the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Pre-Engineered Building Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating New Leads & Customers
  • Frequent visits to industry influencers (Civil consultants, architects and contractors) and customers
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including setting performance goals, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to improve the company's pre-engineered building products and services
  • Make offers with technical and commercial knowledge
  • Conveying the customer’s exact requirements to a Product Management Team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure the success of the sales efforts
  • Developing long term relationships with clients
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Job Specification
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role in the construction or related PEB industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, construction)
  • Strong knowledge of pre-engineered building (PEB) products along with overall construction industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

Note: All the duties are responsible may be changed according to the need of the department. Department Heads will be supervised and train as per the need.
