Job Description
Image Travel and Expedition is looking for an experienced Senior Inbound Tour Officer to handle international inbound inquiries, create and cost Nepal itineraries, and manage end-to-end tour operations while coordinating with overseas partners and local suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound tour inquiries from international agents and clients
- Design, cost, and finalize FIT, GIT, luxury, adventure, and heli tour itineraries
- Coordinate hotels, transport, flights, guides, and permits
- Manage confirmations, operations, and last-minute changes
- Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in inbound tourism / DMC in Nepal
- Strong knowledge of Nepal destinations and products
- Excellent English communication and costing skills
- Ability to manage bookings independently

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certification in GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) or IATA course is an advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator company, airline, or hospitality sector.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in travel or tourism can also be considered.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in computerized reservation systems (CRS) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Good understanding of domestic and international destinations, airfare structures, and tour packaging.
- Knowledge of visa processing, travel insurance, and travel regulations.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
