Job Description

Plan and coordinate attractive tour packages.
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and attractions to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service and act as the main contact for tourists.
Share knowledge of local culture, history, and attractions through well-designed itineraries.
Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
Ensure all required documentation, permits, and compliance regulations are met.
Support marketing efforts to promote tour packages.
Handle issues efficiently and manage budgets to optimize costs and profitability.

Job Specification

Fluent in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email/Internet.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must work with integrity and professionalism.
Must be smart enough to provide client with variety of options related to ticketing and reservation.
