Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, reels, stories, and written posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and engage online communities to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal departments, designers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality content.
- Capture basic photos and videos during company events, product launches, or promotional activities when required.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
- Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, followers, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all published content aligns with the company's branding guidelines and communication standards.
