Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Assistant to support the company's daily administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage office administration, maintain accounting records, coordinate with banks and government offices, and ensure accurate documentation while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Visit banks, government offices, including the VAT office, and other relevant authorities to complete official company documentation and administrative procedures as required.
  • Prepare letters, quotations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Maintain office files, records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and purchase records.
  • Handle petty cash management and bank transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
  • Assist with VAT, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Support monthly financial reports and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.
Job Specification
  • +2 pass out.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration and accounting (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Swastik, Tally, or similar ERP) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
