Job Description
Job Summary:
Eden Bridge Academy, a well-established secondary school located in Basundhara-Dhapasi, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in English, a passion for teaching young learners, and a commitment to academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons to students from Grades 1 to 5
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support students’ language development through various interactive teaching methods
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions as required
- Maintain records of student performance and classroom activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff for academic planning and improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: +2 completed (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior teaching experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Strong command of English language (spoken and written)
- Ability to effectively engage with young learners
