Job Description
We are looking for a confident and communication-friendly Client Calling Assistant to connect with schools and colleges through phone calls and build professional relationships. The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with educational institutions, provide information about the company’s services, and convert them into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Introduce the company and explain services in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain positive communication and follow up with potential clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Record call details and update client information regularly.
- Coordinate with the concerned department regarding interested clients.
- Achieve assigned calling and client conversion targets.
Job Specification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping ability.
- Confidence in speaking over phone calls.
- Ability to convince and communicate professionally.
- Prior experience in calling/customer handling will be an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: +2 completed (Bachelor’s running).
