The selected candidates will be responsible for product photography, customer feedback collection, inventory management, and delivery coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Photography: Take clear, well-lit photographs of clothing products for the company's online catalog using a smartphone or other available equipment.
- Customer Surveys: Conduct customer surveys through phone calls or in-person interactions and collect feedback to help improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, track incoming and outgoing products, and update inventory details regularly.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with delivery riders, monitor order dispatches, ensure timely deliveries, and follow up on delivery-related issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate operational records using basic computer applications or spreadsheets.
- Daily Operations: Assist with routine operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
