Job Description

Provide professional customer support through phone, email, social media, and in-person communication. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain support records and reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Prepare documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, social media, and in-person communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain support tickets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Meet service quality and response-time targets.
  • Provide accurate information and timely support to customers and clients.

  • Maintain proper records, reports, and customer documentation.

  • Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and professional service.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email & Internet).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Tactful, professional, and customer-focused personality.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work responsibly in a team environment.

  • Candidates from Bhaktapur area will be given preference.
