Job Description

The Supply Chain Management Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee inventory control, demand planning, and stock optimization.
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution activities.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations.
  • Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Lead, train, and supervise supply chain staff.

Job Specification
  • Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, and inventory systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
