Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Operations & Training Manager to oversee healthcare operations, staff management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, effective staff recruitment and allocation, student enrollment coordination, and adherence to relevant healthcare standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop, coordinate, and conduct training programs for healthcare staff and other relevant personnel.
  • Supervise and support staff, ensuring proper performance management and workforce coordination.
  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and allocation based on operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor student enrollment and related administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, standards, regulations, and organizational procedures.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Work closely with hospital management, supervisors, nurses, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance, support, and training.
  • Handle operational issues and contribute to effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant operational, training, and compliance reports and documentation.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, Healthcare Management, Health Management, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or leadership role.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital, healthcare institution, or related healthcare environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, workforce planning, and staff allocation.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, policies, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Experience in training and development and/or student enrollment coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
