Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing document filing system and recording information as needed.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Keep track of documentation which needs to be handled on time and deliver to respective person.
- Create, maintain, and enter information and contact list into databases.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Drafting emails, letters, proposals, purchase orders, contracts, addendums and minutes, applications & others administrative reports.
- Courier documents to concerned person in timely manner and notify regarding delivery.
- Document preparation and compilation for tender submission task.
- Developing quality content and articles for promoting brand as and when required.
- Carrying out secondary research tasks on defined projects as and when required.
- Generate and communicate new ideas for content
Job Specification
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of report writing / documentation or in similar position or job responsibility in any organization
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in professional portfolio
- Perfect grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in expressions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient user of computer writing programs such as Google Doc, Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
