Job Description
  • Handle incoming calls and general inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, vendors, and other external parties.
  • Receive and manage walk-in CVs, documents, correspondence, and parcels.
  • Coordinate with security regarding visitor entry, parking, and access control.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide support for meetings when required.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, as well as other concerned departments, on reception and office-related administrative matters.
  • Maintain reception records, registers, and logs.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and professionally maintained.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Job Specification
  • Education: BBS running or Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in reception, front desk, or a similar role is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and pleasant personality.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and visitor-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and routine matters efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.
  • Ability to remain calm and polite while handling difficult situations
  • Must possess a valid 2-wheeler driving license and own a 2-wheeler vehicle.
