Job Description
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee day-to-day financial operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure timely compliance with Nepal VAT, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, cost analysis, and financial performance reports.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely statutory deductions and payments.
  • Maintain proper internal controls and support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
  • Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on practical experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Sound knowledge of Nepal VAT, TDS, Income Tax, and applicable financial regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, lookups, and financial data analysis.
  • Proficient in Tally and/or QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Ability to independently prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and cost analyses.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and implementing internal control systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
