Job Description
Bento Cakery specializes in crafting delicious cakes and cookies with love and creativity. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team and contribute to our growing bakery business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes and cookies according to company standards.
- Develop new recipes and innovative dessert ideas.
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of all baked products.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in baking cakes and cookies.
- Educational qualification: +2 or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and decoration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and attention to detail in product presentation.
Salary:
- NPR 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills).
