IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Manage and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure including hardware, network equipment, servers, and workstations across Batas offices
- Provide first- and second-line technical support - resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues promptly
- Manage IT asset inventory - tracking devices, licenses, warranties, and procurement needs
- Maintain system uptime and escalate infrastructure issues to the Head of IT with proper documentation
- Configure and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across systems
- Support cybersecurity hygiene - patch management, antivirus, backup verification, and access control audits
System Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform functional and regression testing for new system implementations, including the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS)
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for key business workflows such as loan application, approval, disbursement, and collections
- Document bugs, track issues, and coordinate with vendors on defect resolution and re-testing
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) in close collaboration with credit, operations, and collections teams
- Validate data integrity across system integrations - ensuring information flows correctly between the LOS, LMS, MIS, and external platforms
- Maintain a QA log and ensure sign-off checklists are completed before any system goes live
Programming & Automation
- Write scripts and lightweight tools to automate repetitive tasks - data exports, report generation, file transfers, and scheduled jobs
- Build and maintain internal automation using Python, VBA, or similar - reducing manual effort for operations, collections, and finance teams
- Support the Head of IT in API integrations - testing endpoints, validating responses, and troubleshooting connectivity between systems
- Develop simple internal utilities or dashboards where off-the-shelf tools fall short
- Maintain clean, documented code so that anything you build can be understood and maintained by others
MIS & Reporting Support
- Support the migration from manual Excel-based reporting to automated, real-time dashboards
- Assist in building and maintaining Power BI or equivalent reports for leadership and business teams
- Ensure MIS data pipelines are running correctly and flag anomalies when output looks inconsistent
- Help teams pull the data they need - writing queries, exporting structured data, and formatting reports
Vendor & Documentation
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers on support tickets, maintenance schedules, and AMCs
- Maintain clear, up-to-date IT documentation - SOPs, network diagrams, system configurations, and user guides
- Prepare internal training materials and brief staff on new tools or system changes when required
