Job Description
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Manager when needed
- Handle organizational phone calls
- Coordinate all special events organized by the casino towards attracting new clients
- Undertake any other general duties as receptionist
- Identify premium players and attract them to the casino.
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
- Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries
Job Specification
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Only Female candidate can apply.
- Minimum 5.3 height
- Age below 25 years
- Proficiency in Chinese; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
