Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Cybersecurity Sales & Support Executive to promote and grow our cybersecurity solutions in the Nepalese market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT security products and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and promotes our cybersecurity products and services

  • Conduct client presentations and explain technical solutions clearly

  • Provide technical support for cybersecurity solutions, including EDR and endpoint protection

  • Assist clients with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security solutions

  • Develop marketing strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets

  • Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support

  • Prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, and technical support

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in in cybersecurity, IT security, or network administration. IT sales and Technical Support.

  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, SIEM tools, cloud security, and encryption technologies.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions (EDR, antivirus, firewalls, etc.)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven Professional certifications: CEH, CISSP , CompTia  Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor(any Combination)  (Preferred )

  • Hands-on experience with penetration testing and incident response.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to work from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

  • Priority for Two-Wheeler
