Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Cybersecurity Sales & Support Executive to promote and grow our cybersecurity solutions in the Nepalese market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT security products and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and promotes our cybersecurity products and services
Conduct client presentations and explain technical solutions clearly
Provide technical support for cybersecurity solutions, including EDR and endpoint protection
Assist clients with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security solutions
Develop marketing strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support
Prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, and technical support
Job Specification
Requirements:
Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in in cybersecurity, IT security, or network administration. IT sales and Technical Support.
Strong knowledge of firewalls, SIEM tools, cloud security, and encryption technologies.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions (EDR, antivirus, firewalls, etc.)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven Professional certifications: CEH, CISSP , CompTia Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor(any Combination) (Preferred )
Hands-on experience with penetration testing and incident response.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
