Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in IT and marketing to lead our digital strategy, manage our online presence, and enhance our brand visibility. The role involves overseeing all aspects of digital marketing — from strategy to execution — across web, social media, and other online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including search, social media, email, and websites.
- Manage and optimize company websites — ensuring regular updates, improved UI/UX, and adherence to the latest digital trends (WordPress, graphic design, Photoshop, etc.).
- Oversee social media operations, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create engaging content and visual materials, including videos, graphics, and articles aligned with company branding.
- Conduct SEO and SEM activities, manage Google AdWords campaigns, and monitor key performance indicators using web analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the disability sector in Australia and reflect relevant updates across social media and website content.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across all channels.
- Present performance reports and recommendations for ongoing digital growth.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress preferred.
- Skilled in graphic design and content creation (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Highly creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in digital marketing combined with IT skills.
