Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in software sales or IT solutions (B2B preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demos.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Client Engagement

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.

  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth delivery.

  • Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

  • Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements.
