Job Description

Sarvottam Paints Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Head to lead project and institutional sales activities across Nepal. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales targets, and expanding the company’s presence in the project segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive project and institutional sales across Nepal to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new project opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into confirmed business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and institutional clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand project business and increase market presence.
  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
  • Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
  • Travel extensively across Nepal for client meetings, project visits, business development, and regional sales activities.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Sales and Institutional Sales.
  • Experience in the paints, construction, building materials, or related industry will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Good understanding of project-based sales processes and institutional business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
