Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through both traditional channels and digital platforms.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, influencers, and high-value clients.
Plan and implement targeted online campaigns to boost customer acquisition and brand visibility.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) and use insights to drive decision-making.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and marketing efforts.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify market opportunities.
Represent Casino Pride Nepal at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or a combined role—preferably in the casino, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics dashboards).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Nepal’s tourism and gaming landscape is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with VIP client engagement or loyalty programs.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing, CRM systems, or influence partnerships.
Proficiency in English, Nepali, and Hindi is an added advantage.
