Job Description
Administration officer will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the office, maintaining documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting event management and medical tourism activities. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain records, files, and documents efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
Job Specification
- +2 Passed or Bachelor’s Running in Management or a related field.
- Candidates currently studying management or a related discipline with good administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in office administration or a similar role preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational and administrative skills may also apply.
