Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to requests and concerns.
- Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
- Assist in banquet, conference, and special event services as required.
- Promote hotel facilities and upsell menu items whenever appropriate.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic English communication skills required.
