Competences:

Qualification: Master in Business Management/Commerce/Economics with 3 years marketing and sales experience in FMCG.
Skill: Good analytical skills, Excellent communication skill, (both verbal and in writing) interpersonal skill and Proficiency in photo shop, MS office/internet
Knowledge: Knowledge of business plan, brand management and IT.

Work Station: Tangal, Kathmandu with partial field visit

Primary Role:

Business Development Responsibility

Identification of new business opportunity
Social impact project NGO, INGO, Donor
Deliver market intelligence report and update quarterly
To conduct market survey and analyze potential demand, brand loyalty, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis.
Budget preparation for promotional activity
Participate in poultry agro exhibition or as per local organizer schedule.
To publish article for magazine, newspaper written by sale personal/company employee.
Coordination with, internal parties (sales & service team, technical department, Finance and administration as well as external parties (marketing service provider consultancies, dealers, customers and consumers).

Marketing & Sales Responsibility

Preparation of Sales Planning and Tracking
To prepare sales plan and supply schedule to meet the market demands on time.
Preparation of monthly sales report and sales plan.
Conduct company’s branding and media communication activities, advertisements, marketing campaigns, product distribution and consumer reaction.
Keeping all promotional, advertising and other expenses records in proper manner.
To assist in maintain the quality standard of the company and lay emphasis on quality of services to customers.
Design & preparation of Brochure, Pamphlet, Flyers, Hoarding board, Letter pad, Invoice, Company logo, packing.
Monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for their product or service and meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.

IT & MIS Responsibility:

To Generate daily MIS Report
Maintain backup data every day at company server and external hard drive and email back-up in every week.
To monitor, co-ordinate with IT service provider for quick solution
Proper implementation of IT and MIS service in whole organization.
Need assessment of all IT Products and Streamline IT Infrastructure
Communication with ISP, Webhosting and others for reliable service
To prepare, check and modify TOR of IT service provider
To assist with ISP (Internet service provider) for rectifying net problem.
