- Maintain ticket stock including complementary tickets
- Sell ticket at the ticketing window through computerized system
Booking
- Book tickets thorough telephones
- Provide customers with the information on bookings, show-time and other matters
- Market available tickets and services to customers
- Confirm new movies and show time with print and web media, relay error to office secretary
F&B
- Sell products and services in alignment with F&B hygienic standard
- Stock control using the in-house system ensuring adequate stock of products
- Ensure attractive display, cleanliness, maintenance of equipment and hardware
