Job Description
Zur Cosmetics is seeking energetic and motivated Field Marketing Representatives to promote and sell our cosmetic products across various retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting shops, building strong relationships with retailers, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective marketing and product promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit shops and cosmetic outlets to promote and sell Zur Cosmetics products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate retailers about product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and customers.
- Ensure product visibility and proper placement at retail locations.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Represent the brand professionally in the field.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferably in cosmetics or FMCG sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly.
- +2 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
