Job Description

Job Summary

The Assistant Operations Officer will support daily operational activities across YOYOSO retail stores (500–2100 sq. ft.), ensuring smooth workflows, timely coordination, and effective execution of operational processes. The role focuses on store supervision, inspections, operational consistency, customer experience enhancement, and team support while maintaining YOYOSO’s brand standards, visual merchandising quality, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and process execution.

  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.

  • Manage and guide 3–5 team members per store, ensuring discipline, productivity, and SOP compliance.

  • Train and supervise new staff in customer handling, sales techniques, POS usage, and store standards.

  • Support in-store events such as promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Maintain brand image through cleanliness, display quality, and store ambiance.

Delivery & Display Management

  • Monitor stock and refill requirements; report shortages proactively.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.

  • Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving items for operational planning.

  • Ensure display density, planogram compliance, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Maintain proper product arrangement, signage, and overall visual appeal.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock movement and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for replenishment.

  • Support identification of fast-moving and slow-moving products.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track operational performance and identify improvement areas.

  • Prepare and submit weekly operational reports with actionable insights.

  • Conduct routine and surprise store inspections to ensure compliance.

  • Report operational issues and follow up until corrective actions are implemented.

Job Specification

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail store operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.

  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and reporting skills.

  • Must own or be able to operate an EV vehicle for daily field visits.
