Social Media Handler (5 days left)

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing the online presence of all WRG Beauty & Care brands across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, building strong customer relationships, increasing brand awareness, driving online sales, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Update and manage the company website and Daraz store.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Build and engage online communities to strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Content Creation

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create engaging reels, stories, static posts, and other digital content.
• Edit videos and produce visually appealing multimedia content.
• Photograph products for social media, website, and promotional use.
• Coordinate product photoshoots with internal teams and external creatives when required.

Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
• Propose creative marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Plan and manage giveaways, contests, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, sales activations, exhibitions, and retail stalls.

Sales & Customer Support

• Respond to and forward sales inquiries to the relevant team without delay.
• Follow up with online customers to support conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the delivery team regarding customer orders.
• Update product availability across digital platforms.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Prepare and submit weekly reports every Monday covering:

• Social media reach
• Engagement performance
• Follower growth
• Orders generated through digital platforms
• Best-performing content
• Upcoming content plan and priorities
