The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day activities at interior and construction project sites to ensure smooth progress, quality workmanship, and adherence to design and safety standards. The role bridges communication between site teams, subcontractors, and the company’s design and factory units.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities including interior works, finishing, and installations.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress against the project plan and report deviations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the company’s factory and warehouse teams for timely material delivery.
- Liaise with design and project teams to resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Inspect quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site environment.
- Ensure that finishing works (flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery, etc.) meet required quality levels.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, material usage records, and attendance.
- Report work status, material needs, and project issues to the Project Manager on a daily/weekly basis.
- Assist in project handover documentation and punch-list resolution.
