Job Description
Purpose of the Position
The Door-to-Door Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, promoting interior construction services, and building direct relationships with potential residential and commercial clients through field-based marketing activities.
Scope of Work
The position involves direct client interaction, market outreach, and lead generation activities related to interior design, fit-out, renovation, and construction services.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Conduct door-to-door visits to residential buildings, offices, apartments, commercial spaces, and construction sites
- Promote company services such as interior design, turnkey interior works, renovation, and fit-out projects
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, visiting cards, catalogues, samples)
- Identify potential clients and collect project requirements
Client Interaction
- Explain company offerings, project processes, timelines, and value propositions clearly
- Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners, property owners, contractors, and developers
- Answer basic client queries and arrange meetings with the design or sales team
Market Intelligence
- Collect information on ongoing or upcoming construction/interior projects
- Gather competitor activity, pricing trends, and client preferences
- Report new business opportunities and market feedback to management
Coordination & Follow-up
- Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and client contacts
- Follow up with interested clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and sales teams for site visits and proposals
Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly visit reports and lead status updates
- Maintain a lead tracking sheet provided by the company
- Achieve assigned monthly lead and conversion targets
Deliverables
- Qualified leads for interior construction projects
- Scheduled client meetings and site visits
- Regular market reports and competitor insights
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly marketing targets
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or related field)
- Experience in marketing, real estate, construction, or interior industry is an advantage
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of interior construction and materials (training provided)
- Ability to work in the field and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Two-wheeler license mandatory
