Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven CRM Software Sales Officer to join our Business Development team. This role is focused on managing client leads, conducting meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, presenting pricing, and closing deals through effective negotiation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping businesses improve customer management through CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and follow up on all incoming and generated client leads in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, market research, and business outreach.
  3. Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
  4. Conduct professional CRM software presentations and live demos to showcase product features and benefits.
  5. Prepare customized business proposals based on client needs and company solutions.
  6. Present pricing structures, packages, and implementation plans to clients clearly and confidently.
  7. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract agreements to close sales successfully.
  8. Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  9. Update lead status, meeting outcomes, proposals, and sales pipeline reports regularly.
  10. Coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure smooth proposal delivery and deal closure.
  11. Build strong long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  12. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.

Preferred Experience

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in software sales, IT sales, or B2B sales.
  2. Prior experience in selling CRM, ERP, HRMS, or SaaS solutions will be highly preferred.
  3. Proven track record of handling client meetings, demos, and negotiations.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  5. Ability to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently.
  6. Good knowledge of CRM systems and business sales processes.
  7. Proficiency in English and Nepali (spoken and written).
  8. Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
