  • Maintain tax accounting records and support computation/filing preparation in line with applicable Nepal tax requirements
  • Support monthly/quarterly closing by preparing reconciliations, journals, and management reports required for audit and internal review
  • Assist with construction accounting needs such as tracking expenses by project, cost allocation, and supporting documentation for claims and reporting
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience, most preferable working before in a construction company and in a project-based environment
  • Accounting — practical experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closing support

  • Tax accounting — working knowledge of tax accounting records, computation support, and preparation-ready documentation for review/filing
  • Intercompany & Vendor Reconciliation — experience reconciling intercompany balances and vendor statements, investigating differences, and maintaining evidence for audit

  • MS Excel — advanced use of spreadsheets for reconciliations, aging schedules, and working papers (formulas, pivot tables, and data validation)

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting internal audits and providing documentation for compliance reviews
  • Familiarity with VAT and TDS processes in Nepal and maintaining clean tax registers

What We Offer
