Job Description
Sustainable Appliances Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (SAN) is a specialised, high-tech enterprise in the field of home appliances. SAN focuses on providing high-quality appliances that support cleaner living, energy conservation, and long-term cost efficiency for households and businesses across Nepal.
SAN is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to be based in Kathmandu with frequent field visits across Nepal. The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing dealer networks, and promoting sustainable and energy-efficient appliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell SAN products across assigned territories all over Nepal
- Develop and manage relationships with Corporate/Institutional, dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales visits, and marketing campaigns
- Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit to management
- Support branding, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, or related field
- Experience in sales and marketing (appliance / FMCG sector preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
- Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting)
